Four things new POCKET MYTH players skip and regret
Two level-50 side quests, the card-flip events, shop priorities and the dungeon rotation that actually pays.
The two side quests
At level 50 the Elite Four quest trades 50 Magikarp for a shiny one, and the Professor Oak quest hands over Leftovers, a held item you will still be using at endgame. Both are easy to walk past and both are worth an evening.
Events that do not repeat often
Card-flip events are the main route to Gengar and Lucario. Holiday events do come back, but the gap is unpredictable, so finish them while they are live.
Which shops to check
The point shop stocks shiny URs. Slot four of the honour shop occasionally drops a silver crown fragment or an Alpha stone. The friendly shop rerolls a 30, 50 or 70 percent discount every day, so check it before farming.
Dungeon rotation
The weekly League Conference pays out Mega fragments that convert into Mega stones. Trial Grounds supplies nutrient drinks, UR shards and Alpha fragments, which makes it the best mid-game stop. Dynamax runs in three tiers, so climb as your power allows.
Order of operations
Finish the side quests, clear the weekly dungeons, and only then think about pulls. Getting this backwards costs you a double-drop window later.
