Window and scope
The servers close on November 5 for scheduled maintenance and reopen the same day once the patch is pushed. Login, shop and ranked queues are all unavailable while the window is open, so finish any timed run before it starts.
Before it starts
Bank your stamina, claim daily rewards and screenshot anything you are disputing with support. Compensation usually arrives by in-game mail after the servers return, and unclaimed mail expires.
After it opens
Check the mail first, then the patch notes for changed numbers. Balance changes rarely land alone, and a move tweak can quietly reshape a ranked matchup you were counting on.
